Deconstructed Tempeh Maki Rolls

Ingredients
- 1 (8 oz) package Tootie's Tempeh (curry or traditional), cubed into small bites
- Avocado for the tempeh
Marinade
- 1/4 cup veggie broth
- 1/4 cup tamari
- 1/4 tahini
- 2 Tbsp seasoned rice vinegar
- 2 Tbsp maple syrup
- 2 Tbsp sesame oil
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 6 cloves finely chopped garlic
- Sriracha to taste
Instructions
- Mix together the marinade and then marinate the tempeh for at least an hour or longer.
- Saute the tempeh till cooked and browned on both sides.
- Assemble into bowls with your favorite ingredients like avocado, carrots, kimchi, scallions, and sesame seeds.
- Serve with nori sheets or seaweed snacks such as Gimmie Seaweed to make your own deconstructed maki rolls. Beautiful, healthy, and filling!
